1. Our ornaments are exchanged at 100% 91.6 K.D.M. with out any deduction in net wt. of the Gold
   (Net weight means total weight of ornament less stories/enamel if any) Making charges
   and wastage for new ornaments will be charged extra. Bill is Compulsory, 18ct. Ornament @18cts Gold Price.
2. No. Manufacturing Guarantee for any breakage & No Stone Fitting Guarantee.
3. Resale 80% at the 22ct. Bar Rate & (90% for 91.6 KDM Gold.) Bill is Compulsory.
4. Resale for MRP Diamond Jewellery-80%, If exchanged for Gold Jewellery-85%.
5. Resale for Diamond Value in Diamond Jewellery (Non-MRP) – 90%
6. Platinum Exchange 80% Resale 70%.
7. Diamond items exchange or Resale, Bill & Certificate Compulsory.
   Certificate Charges Rs. 700/- per Ct. or Rs. 1000/- per certificate whichever is higher will be charged if not brought.
8. Silver Items are Exchange at 70% and Resale 60%, 92.5 Item Exchanged at 100% Resale at 90%.
9. Any Jewellery will be exchanged within 7 Days without use at the same purchased value. No Cash Refundable 10. Repairs are done at Customers Cost.
10. No Exchange Value for Black Diamond Beads, Ruby Emerald Beads, Drops, South Seapearls, Corals.
11. Order Item Should be Taken within 10 Days of Due Date.
12. Stones will be Re-exchanged as per the Value Given Below.
    a) Ruby & Emerald Stones……70% b) Uncuts & FD…..80% c) MRP Diamonds…..90%
    d) Loose Diamonds… 100%
    e) Kundan……70%
    And the values will be Applicable when Exchanged with the Similar Stones only.
    No Resale Value for Stones Except Diamonds.
13. The Original Sale bill has to be submitted at the time of the above Sales Return/Exchange/Sale.
14. Please do not use Perfumes & Sprays on Gold as it reacts to Gold
15. “The weight of stones, Beads etc is only indicative and the actual may vary marginally. However in all cases, the
    Stone weight shown in the bill I will be considered. Please retain the original bill”.
16. The Company Reserves right to modify the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
17. PAN Card is mandatory for purchase/sale exceeding 2 Lakhs, Transaction Exceeding 2 Lakhs will not be accepted by cash.
18. It is presumed that the customer has understood and consciously agreed to the product features before making the final decision to purchase and also agreed for the rates charged for the product and the method adopted in arriving at the final invoice value of the product so chosen.

20. Shipping within India – Free whereas, Shipping abroad – >15 lacs is free, < 15 lacs is chargeable as per the delivery agency.
